Wren Consulting begins each search with an initial client survey and in-depth consultation meetings. The goal is to understand the culture, priorities, and mission critical nature of a search, sharpen the profile by which candidates will be evaluated, and most importantly, unify the hiring team on a common vision for the successful candidate.
Research
Wren Consulting conducts deep market research according to the candidate profile and connects with candidates by networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Interviews in multiple phases and presents fitting and interested candidates to the client. Feedback from the client is essential in this phase for further profile sharpening.

David Wren has over a decade of experience in software sales recruiting and executive search primarily serving the technology and SaaS industries. David lives in Franklin, TN with his wife, Nikki-Dee, three children, and three dogs. He leads a men’s Bible study ministry and operates Wren Consulting on Christian principles.
